Chargers TE Antonio Gates (hamstring, questionable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is questionable for Week 5. Hunter Henry obviously takes a hit if Gates returns to the fold, though Henry could still play starter’s snaps if the team elects to ease Gates in. The late kickoff creates a tricky situation for Henry owners, so hopefully we get more clarity by Sunday morning.

Fantasy Impact:

Hunter Henry will get the start at TE for the Bolts. Henry played pretty well last week getting the bulk of the work at the position but did have a fumble which ended any Charger hopes of a comeback. He's a usable option as a low-end TE1, but the Saints are fourth in allowing fantasy points to TEs.

Report: Jimmy Garoppolo will start Week 4

As Tom Brady concludes his four-game suspension on Sunday, Jimmy Garoppolo will return to the helm of the Patriots’ offense.

Garoppolo will start Sunday against the Bills, WEEI reports.

After playing very well in the first game and a half of the season, Garoppolo suffered an injury to his throwing shoulder during the Week Two game against the Dolphins and sat out Week Three against the Texans. Jacoby Brissett started against Houston but suffered an injury of his own, to his throwing thumb.

Fantasy Impact:

Both Garoppolo and Brissett are officially listed as questionable for the game and have at least taken part in practice to some extent, reports have said. This is an early game, so owners should at least have a little better idea of the situation about an hour and a half before the start.

Chargers TE Antonio Gates (hamstring, doubtful) missed practice all week and is doubtful for Week 4. Hunter Henry was pretty good last week, collecting five catches for 76 yards. The Saints have been tough against tight ends this year (#4 in TE aFPA), but that’s probably just statistical noise considering how bad the New Orleans defense has been this season.

Patriots QBs Jimmy Garoppolo (right shoulder, questionable) and Jacoby Brissett (right thumb, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and are questionable for Week 4. According to Mike Giardi, Garoppolo is “making good strides” and the “arrow is pointing in the right direction.” Giardi added that Garoppolo’s “range of motion has improved significantly” and he has “no issues at all on follow through.” It looks like Garoppolo will be under center on Sunday but no guarantees at this point.
