Cardinals TE Trey McBride was downgraded Saturday to questionable for Sunday’s game against the 49ers with an injury to his ribs.

McBride missed Week 4 with a concussion and had just came back from the concussion protocol. Elijah Higgins has three targets and just two catches in the 42-14 Week 4 loss to Washington.

Jaguars TE Evan Engram is “not tracking” to play Sunday against the Colts.

Engram continues to recover from the hamstring injury he suffered during pre-game warmup in Week 2. It will be another start for Brenton Strange, who has under 20 years in two of his three games started.

The Packers suspended WR Romeo Doubs one game for conduct detrimental to the team.

Doubs missed two practices this week after he was reportedly upset with his role in the offense. Doubs has 12 catches (on 20 targets) for 169 yards. Jaylen Reed has emerged as the WR1 in Green Bay. The Packers will also likely be without Christian Watson, who is doubtful with a high ankle sprain. Reed and Dontayvion Wicks, who are tied for the team lead with 22 targets each, will lead the charge against the Rams.

The Cowboys placed WR Brandin Cooks (knee) on injured reserve.

Cooks, dealing with an infection in his knee. will miss at least the next four games against the Steelers, Lions, 49ers and Falcons. The Cowboys also have their bye week in there in Week 7. Jalen Tolbert slides in as the No. 2 wide receiver with not much fantasy value.

It's anyone's guess what the pecking order would be in this backfield without Singletary, but Tracy could be in for some extra receiving usage regardless, with Malik Nabers officially Out for Week 5. The offense might look like a mess this week, but Tracy might end up being an interesting Flex play during the first round of Byes.

Pierce said #Raiders RB Zamir White (groin) is doubtful. DE Maxx Crosby (ankle) and G Dylan Parham (achilles) will practice today.

It looks like Mattison will get the nod and most of the ground game work, but he is in an awful situation with an offense that is nosediving. Dylan Laube and Ameer Abdullah should be involved in the pass game, which regulates Mattison to RB2/3 territory.

The Steelers will be without RB Jaylen Warren (ankle) on Sunday night against the Cowboys. Rookie Aaron Shampklin will be the complement to Najee Harris in the Pittsburgh backfield.

Shampklin, a 2022 UDFA rookie out of Harvard, has one career carry, which came in Week 4. It's a good bet that Najee Harris receives nearly the entire workload with Cordarrelle Patterson also dealing with an injury. Harris is a locked in RB2.

With McBride ready to go, he needs to be in lineups, having accrued 14-122-0 on 20 targets through three games. Higgins can readily be dropped back into waiver wires.

Malik Nabers is still in concussion protocol and is OUT for Sunday for the Giants at Seahawks , per Brian Daboll.

This is a brutal loss to the offense in what has been a fantastic rookie season for Nabers. The whole offense is essentially a stay-away, though Robinson should continue to be targeted in PPR leagues, but more of a deep WR3 in other formats.

Sean McDermott says on WGR550 that DT Ed Oliver, WR Khalil Shakir, DT Austin Johnson, and S Taylor Rapp are OUT for Sunday’s game

Related Players: Mack Hollins, Curtis Samuel, Keon Coleman, Dalton Kincaid

The receiving room behind Shakir has been mostly miserable through the first month of the season, though the rookie Coleman has looked pretty good in his limited role. None of them are particularly exciting, though Coleman can be used as a desperation Flex in a game that should see him with a high route participation.

Kincaid becomes a top-5 option at the tight end position.
