SF WR Anquan Boldin - Week 7, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Seattle
A hamstring injury has Boldin questionable this week to play against Seattle, so check his status if you want to put him in the lineup. He's coming off back-to-back 100-yard games, including a 5-102 line last week, so there's a positive track record to lean on. But be careful. Seattle has given up just one WR TD this season and is second in terms of points allowed to opposing receivers.

SF WR Anquan Boldin - Week 6, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs. Baltimore
After catching eight passes for 107 yards and a score last week, Boldin might be back on your fantasy radar. Those were easily his season highs as Colin Kaepernick's struggles have killed his value. Facing his former team - Baltimore - which ranks 31st in the NFL in points allowed to fantasy WRs, Boldin should be a nice safe play as a No. 3 receiver. The Ravens have already allowed eight receivers to put up at least 60 yards this season.

SF WR Anquan Boldin - Week 5, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 at Giants
Boldin has just five catches for 28 yards the past two weeks as Colin Kaepernick's struggles are killing any value Boldin might have had. This week, he faces a Giants defense that is allowing plenty of passing yards, but mostly to tight ends and running backs. They also have given up just one TD to receivers this season. Since Boldin runs more like a tight end, perhaps he'll make something happen in this game, but I wouldn't bet on it. Kaepernick stinks and he's bringing the rest of the offense down with him.

SF WR Anquan Boldin - Week 4, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs Green Bay
Being the No. 1 receiving option in a bad passing offense isn't a good thing as Boldin's two catches for 16 yards last week would show. He's at the mercy of Colin Kaepernick's struggles right now. The last time the 49ers hosted the Packers, though, Boldin went off for 208 yards. Don't expect that kind of output this time around from the 35-year-old Boldin, but the 49ers should have to throw it around a bit. He should bounce back with at least a decent PPR game as a No. 3 receiver.

SF WR Anquan Boldin - Week 3, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 at Arizona
Boldin remains the go-to guy in San Francisco's offense and produced six catches for 80 yards and a score last week. He also had a couple of drops and could have gone over 100 yards if he hauled those in. In four games against the Cardinals, he's been over 80 yards twice and failed to top 40 yards in the other. Put Boldin in your lineup this week against a tough Arizona defense as a No. 3 starter, particularly in PPR leagues.

SF WR Anquan Boldin - Week 2, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 at Pittsburgh
The Steelers allowed a lot of short pass completions last week and were content to tackle after the catch, which is Boldin's kind of game as he makes contested catches as well as anyone. He didn't get a lot of work last week, catching just four passes for 36 yards, but Boldin is still Colin Kaepernick's favorite receiver. He should be a solid No. 3 receiver in PPR formats in particular.

SF WR Anquan Boldin - Week 1, 2015 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1 vs. Minnesota
Until further notice, Boldin remains the go-to guy in the 49ers offense. He had just two games last season in which he had fewer than six targets and had nine or more targets in half of the games. Boldin's not going to pile up a bunch of yardage due to his limited speed, but he'll move the chains. He should be a solid No. 3 receiving option this week, particularly in PPR leagues.
