IND TE Jack Doyle - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Jacksonville Jaguars

The Colts offense has an implied team total of just 15.75 points. Only the Browns are lower in Week 13. As for the matchup? The Jaguars are ranked just 17th in aFPA vs. TEs this season, and Jack Doyle did have 6 receptions in the first matchup against this team this season. Temper big game expectations, but he's a TE1 this week, with a better PPR outlook.

Week 12 vs. Tennessee Titans

Jack Doyle is coming off a bye and a rough showing against a top-five defense against TEs before that in the Steelers. However, he's still an upper-echelon TE1 for Week 12, given the Titans are around league average in aFPA vs. TEs. Doyle was also the Colts' primary target in the first meeting between these two teams earlier this year with a 7-50-1 line, despite some drops on 11 targets. Start him with confidence.

Week 10 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

There are two startable fantasy assets on the Indianapolis Colts in Week 10—T.Y. Hilton and Jack Doyle. Doyle's target share over the past four games would be among the elite fantasy receivers, let alone tight ends, with more than 10 per game. That makes him an elite TE option in Week 10. Jack Doyle is the only dependable fantasy asset in the Colts offense, as he has developed a rapport with Jacoby Brissett to the point where he is an every week starter at TE, and he is coming off a career game last week. Houston is also ranked 19th in our aFPA vs. TE rankings, making Doyle an easy pick to be a top-10 TE in Week 9. Start him with confidence.

Week 8 at Cincinnati Bengals

Jack Doyle may be the only consistent fantasy producer in the dumpster fire that is the 2017 Indianapolis Colts. The Colts were shutout last week against the Jaguars, but Doyle still had 6 receptions for 44 yards. You can get by with that in PPR leagues, but find better touchdown odds from a tight end in an efficient offense for standard leagues. Doyle is a low-end TE1 in a matchup against a Bengals defense ranked fourth in our aFPA vs. TE rankings.

Week 7 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Despite the drops and a fumble, Jack Doyle still managed TE5 numbers last week with 16 PPR points. This week he faces a Jaguars defense with great corners that should funnel targets his way—a defense that is only 21st in PPR points allowed to TEs. Consider Doyle a low-end TE1 in 12-team leagues this week.

Week 6 at Tennessee Titans

Jack Doyle has been cleared to play after being in the concussion protocol. Doyle has had a slow start to the season, but with Andrew Luck's penchant for finding tight ends in the end zone, Doyle's fantasy stock should go up with his starting quarterback returns. For Week 6, he's a fringe TE1 in 12-team leagues in the wasteland that is 2017 fantasy tight ends.
