JAX RB James Robinson - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 vs. Chicago Bears
With the Ravens taking a big lead over the Jags early, the ground game became secondary, but James Robinson, before leaving in the fourth quarter with an ankle injury, posted 35 yards on the ground and 18 receiving yards with a score. While the 53 total yards tied a season-low, the rookie has found pay dirt 10 times. Be sure to monitor the injury report for his status as Robinson makes for an RB2 start versus the No. 16 Bears run defense if he's able to play.

JAX RB James Robinson - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at Baltimore Ravens
In the loss to Tennessee last week, James Robinson rushed for 67 yards on only 12 attempts – his fewest since Week 3. The rookie’s 83 total yards were the third least he’s posted, as the Jags were behind early, leading to 54 pass attempts from the QBs. Robinson has a tough matchup at Baltimore Sunday, but he’s too much a part of the Jacksonville offense to leave on your bench.

JAX RB James Robinson - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Tennessee Titans
It was another solid outing by James Robinson in the overtime loss to the Vikings last week, as he finished with 78 yards on the ground and the game-tying TD and caught six passes for 30 yards. The rookie has found the end zone in four of the past six games and is just 32 rushing yards away from 1,000 on the season. Robinson rushed for 102 yards and a touchdown in the loss at Tennessee in September.

JAX RB James Robinson - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Minnesota Vikings
Although Jacksonville continues to come up short on the scoreboard, James Robinson has consistently posted solid fantasy numbers. In the loss to the Browns last week he rushed for 128 yards and a TD and caught five passes for 31 yards. The rookie has been over the century mark four times and found paydirt on eight occasions. Robinson remains a good start against an average Minnesota run defense.

JAX RB James Robinson - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. Cleveland Browns
Although the Steelers dominated the Jaguars last week, James Robinson had a respectable fantasy outing, rushing for 73 yards on 17 attempts and catching two passes for 21 yards. Robinson has been the only ball carrier Jacksonville has used the past couple of weeks and the rookie has made the most of what’s been a tough year for the team. Cleveland owns the eighth-best run defense but Robinson will still see his share of carries, making him a top RB play.

JAX RB James Robinson - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
In the loss at Green Bay last week, James Robinson was the only Jaguar to register a carry, running for 109 yards on 23 attempts. In the last three games, the rookie has averaged 109 yards on the ground and found pay dirt twice. With another rookie in Jake Luton under center look for Jacksonville to continue to feed Robinson, even versus Pittsburgh’s No. 9 rush defense.

JAX RB James Robinson - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Green Bay Packers
With fellow rookie Jake Luton at QB for Jacksonville last week versus the Texans, James Robinson received a career-high 25 carries for 99 yards and a TD. He has found pay dirt in three straight and seven times already in eight professional games. With Luton under center again expect to see Robinson continue to be fed the rock, as long as the Jaguars are in the game. He makes for an RB2 start against a Packers D that is 12th best against the run.
