PIT WR JuJu Smith-Schuster - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs Ravens

It's nice to see Smith-Schuster back involved in the Steelers offense. His 14 targets were easily his most this season and he also posted season-highs with nine catches and 85 yards. He hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 3 and he has a tough matchup against the excellent Ravens' secondary. He's in flex territory, but we currently have him third among Steelers' wide receivers for this week, behind Diontae Johnson and Chase Claypool.

PIT WR JuJu Smith-Schuster - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs Titans

There have been arguments that JuJu Smith-Schuster is one of the top busts in fantasy football through six weeks. That may be valid. JuJu has dealt with injuries throughout the season and has only topped 50 receiving yards once in 2020. That was back in Week 1. He's back at full practice, but the emergence of Chase Claypool has limited the potential of JuJu. He just cracks the top 40 receivers for us this week.

PIT WR JuJu Smith-Schuster - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs Browns

JuJu has had an up and down season through the first four games. He has three touchdowns, but he's fallen short of 50 yards in each of his last three games, including just 28 against the Eagles. But he still has enough talent and opportunities that he's still worth a look at the flex position. Cleveland is also the second-easiest matchup for fantasy wide receivers in our schedule-adjusted matchup rankings. Depending on your other options, you can think about rolling the dice on JuJu this week.

PIT WR JuJu Smith-Schuster - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 vs Eagles

Smith-Schuster was dealing with a knee issue, so he was indirectly helped by the early bye week. He's back at practice this week and ready to go against a middle-of-the-road Eagles defense. JuJu is hoping to bounce back after two straight games with less than 50 yards receiving, however he did score a touchdown against the Texans. He's near the line between WR2/Flex for this week.

PIT WR JuJu Smith-Schuster - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs Texans

JuJu was quieter in Week 2 (7-48-0) than he was in Week 1 (6-69-2). It'll be back and forth between he and Diontae Johnson, but it's clear they are the top two receivers in this offense and JuJu will continue to see plenty of targets against an up-and-down Texans defense. He is right behind Johnson in our wide receiver rankings at No. 16.

PIT WR JuJu Smith-Schuster - Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 vs Broncos

There's probably no one happier that Ben Roethlisberger is back than JuJu Smith-Schuster. He caught all six of his targets for 69 yards and two touchdowns. It's early, but Monday showed that JuJu was obviously held back by Pittsburgh's quarterback play last season. He's back as a top fantasy option and our No. 9 wide receiver this week. He faces a Denver defense that allowed 101 yards to Corey Davis on Monday night. JuJu will be ready to roll Sunday.

PIT WR JuJu Smith-Schuster - Week 1 Fantasy Football Outlook

JuJu had a bit of a disappointing first season without Antonio Brown. But any receiver would have had a bad time with the quarterback play Pittsburgh had in 2019. Now that Ben Roethlisberger is back, JuJu has to be happy. In Week 1 last year with Roethlisberger, Ben targeted Smith-Schuster eight times for six receptions and 78 yards. Smith-Schuster is a prime bounce-back candidate and our No. 13 WR this week, though he'll likely be shadowed by James Bradberry, who held his own in Carolina against the rest of the NFC South.
