Per head coach Dennis Allen, "Our expectation is that Michael Thomas will be a full participant."

Fantasy Impact: 

We've been down this road before, but if Thomas is truly fully healthy and expecting to be a full participant throughout camp, he will really be completely back on the fantasy radar. He is currently ranked as a fringe WR3/4 but makes for an interesting pick with how late (9th/10th round) he is currently going.

Saints restructured Michael Thomas’ contract, reaching agreement on a one-year, $10 million deal that has a max value of $15 million, per source. Thomas staying in New Orleans.

Fantasy Impact: 

If Michael Thomas can return to anything near his former form, he can create quite the 1-2 punch with Chris Olave for QB Derek Carr.

Saints WR Michael Thomas going on IR, will undergo toe surgery per Dennis Allen.

Fantasy Impact: 

Thomas is unlikely to suit up for the rest of the year, meaning he has accumulated 76 targets since the end of the 2019 season. This, sadly, doesn't necessarily affect anything fantasy-wise unless you've been holding on to him in an IR slot for the entire season; the passing offense will continue to run through Chris Olave.

Saints’ head coach Dennis Allen ruled out WRs Michael Thomas and Jarvis Landry for Sunday’s game vs. the Raiders.

Related Players: Chris Olave, Marquez Callaway, Tre'Quan Smith

Fantasy Impact: 

The Saints offense has been doing just fine without their top two receiving options, shifting opportunities to younger options, namely, rookie Chris Olave. Olave has become a fringe WR1 and that shouldn't change heading into Week 8's game against the Raiders
