The Green Bay Packers' quarterback problems just got worse. With Aaron Rodgers out, Seneca Wallace got the start — but he didn't last long.

Wallace appeared to injure his groin with about five minutes left in the first quarter after completing a pass to TE Andrew Quarless.

Fantasy Impact:

Scott Tolzien — who had just been elevated from the practice squad this week — replaced Wallace in what became his official NFL debut. Tolzien was 24-of-39 passing for 280 yards with a touchdown, two interceptions and a 70.5 passer rating and has already been named the starter for Week 11.

The Packers are promoting QB Scott Tolzien to the 53-man roster, per source. Just gave him a raise on practice squad last week.

Fantasy Impact:

Tolzien will backup Seneca Wallace. Wallace will get a full week of practice to prepare for the Eagles in Week 10, and the team hopes to see improvement from their Week 9 loss to the Bears where Wallace was not impressive coming off the bench.

Interestingly, the Pack opens against the 49ers and now have two of their QBs - Wallace, Scott Tolzien - to prep Defense.

It seems the 49ers almost have to keep QB B.J. Daniels on the 53-man roster. If they expose him to waivers with the plan of bringing him back to the practice squad, some team will claim him. Because of his strong arm (he has the most arm talent on the team behind Colin Kaepernick) and his running ability, Daniels now has a legitimate chance to open as the No. 2.

Fantasy Impact:

He's competing against Colt McCoy and Scott Tolzien and neither have been very impressive up to this point.
