Scouting report

SEA WR Tyler Lockett - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 vs Washington

Lockett hasn't been blowing the doors open this season, but he's quietly put together a nice stat line yet again. He's at 81 catches, 886 yards and eight touchdowns on the year. He continues to hover in WR2 territory as he gets deeper into the playoffs. He has at least five catches in four of his last five games, but hasn't scored since Week 11.

SEA WR Tyler Lockett - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs Jets

For the third time in four weeks, Lockett received nine targets in a game. He's also on six straight games under 70 yards and only one touchdown in the timespan. This could be the week that changes, as Lockett faces the second-worst passing defense in the NFL. (Ironically, Lockett plays for the team that boasts the worst passing defense in the league).

SEA WR Tyler Lockett - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs Giants

Seattle's offense, for the most part, was very quiet on Monday night, including Tyler Lockett, who saw just four targets and had just 23 yards on three catches. Week 13 might be a good opportunity for him with DK Metcalf possibly being shadowed by James Bradberry. We have him just outside the WR1 group for the week.

SEA WR Tyler Lockett - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs Eagles

Lockett's second game against Arizona was certainly nowhere near his first performance, but it was still a good one, nonetheless. Nine catches, 67 yards and a touchdown. Interestingly enough, his 4-62 line in last season's Wild Card playoff against the Eagles was almost the total combined of his previous three games against the Eagles (5-94-1). But this has become a bad Eagles team that there's room for both Lockett and Metcalf to shine on Monday.

SEA WR Tyler Lockett - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs Cardinals

Let's just start by saying it's going to be quite difficult for Lockett to repeat what he did in the first meeting with the Cardinals (15-200-3). But Lockett has seen an increase in targets over the last three weeks, including nine last week against the Rams and 16 over the last two weeks. He just now needs to find the end zone, something he hasn't done since that big day in the desert.

SEA WR Tyler Lockett - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs Rams

Lockett has been tough to figure out. Sure, we talk a lot about his potential and upside each week. But so far, about half of his yards and six of his seven touchdowns have come in two games, including the 15-200-3 game against the Cardinals. Perhaps he's finally due for a double-digit PPR scoring game. What better time than against a division rival in the Rams. That said, the Rams currently rank as the toughest matchup for wide receivers in our matchup rankings.

SEA WR Tyler Lockett - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 vs Bills

It was quite the fallback from Lockett's 200 yards and three touchdowns against the Cardinals, as Lockett only managed four catches for 33 yards against the 49ers. It is going to be very interesting to see how Buffalo defends Seattle, particularly how they use their stud cornerback Tre'Davious White. Lockett is always full of upside and that's why we keep him a top-ten option at the position.
