Fantasy Football Free Agency Recap for Tuesday, July 26

CUTS
There will be blood.
SIGNINGS (NOT OFFICIAL UNTIL FRIDAY)
But Tuesday wasn't all doom and gloom. Carolina DE Charles Johnson agreed to re-sign for six years and $76 million, including a whopping $32 million guaranteed. More importantly (at least to non-IDP owners), Santana Moss is staying in Washington after agreeing to a three-year deal for $15 million. He was dynamite in last year, posting 93-1115-6, and should once again offer tremendous value in the middle rounds. Don't worry too much about the QB situation -- Rex Grossman is the likely starter and he and Moss showed a nice rapport late last season. The Redskins could still bring in Santonio Holmes, which would certainly reduce Moss's role in the offense, but that seems less likely than it did at the start of the day. Looking down the depth chart, Anthony Armstrong's stock takes a hit, especially with Leonard Hankerson waiting in the wings. QB Tarvaris Jackson has reportedly agreed to terms with the Seattle Seahawks, but we wouldn't be surprised to see another QB added. In big IDP news, the Jaguars and Paul Posluszny agreed to a six-year deal. Poor Buffalo.
RUMORS
The Vikings and Redskins have reportedly worked out the parameters of a trade for Donovan McNabb, but he's going to have to restructure his contract before anything can happen. (Edit: Late Tuesday night, Jason La Canfora reported that McNabb was expected to work out a new deal with the Vikings on Wednesday.) His potential arrival would be a good thing for Percy Harvin and Sidney Rice (if re-signed) and this is arguably the best available situation for a veteran QB, so McNabb should be willing. In other QB news, the Titans are pursuing Matt Hasselbeck in a big way (editor's note: agreement now in place), and the Dolphins are interested in Kyle Orton.
