NBA Best Bets: Bucking Up for the Finals

We made it! Although we lost a lot of good men out there, the NBA Finals are here! It’s not the matchup most expected, but also not a surprise. Before the season started we thought we’d be previewing a Los Angeles team against the Brooklyn Nets, but instead, we have a chance for the first-ever Phoenix Suns championship and the second championship in Bucks history. The Suns were the darlings of the bubble last season and then built on the momentum by acquiring Chris Paul. The Bucks were a “regular season” team and took the risk of trading their depth for Jrue Holiday to give them enough talent to finally break through the Eastern Conference into the Finals. I’m thrilled for both cities and am optimistic that this series will be more entertaining than expected. Let’s dive in!
