NBA Best Bets: Washington Wizards Wednesday
God Dame that was close. Last night’s Nuggets win over the Trail Blazers was easily the best game of the playoffs. Although Denver won, it’s hard to think I’ll remember anything more than Damian Lillard hitting big shot after big shot all game long. I love the NBA playoffs. The Eastern Conference's first round is wrapping up quickly. Brooklyn and Milwaukee will start their second-round series this weekend and the other two series could finish tonight. The Western Conference gets murkier each day. The Clippers looked lost for two games and then played well for the next two games. I wonder what they’ll do next. The winner of the aforementioned Denver/Portland series looks to have a strong chance against the winner of the Suns/Lakers series. Will Chris Paul be healthy? Is Anthony Davis healthy? Does either team have enough even with those players? We’ll get to Utah/Memphis in a second, but it doesn’t provide any clarity to the picture. We have parity and I love it. Let’s jump into tonight’s games and see where there might be some value.
