NFL Week 11: Spread Bets

Week 10 Recap: In eight of the first nine weeks of the season, I cashed at least two of my three spread plays but last week was rough. I took the nine points with the Falcons but the game was over by halftime as the Cowboys routed Atlanta, 43-3. I also backed the Bucs as a 9-point road favorite in Washington and they lost outright (so much for my prediction Tom Brady would light up the Football Team like a Christmas Tree). The lone saving grace was the Lions, of all teams, who covered as an 8.5-point dog. I made my play before it was announced Ben Roethlisberger would be out against the Steelers in a game that made viewers' eyes bleed.

Despite the losing week, I'm still up 5.70 units on the season and I'll take a 60.0% (18-12 ATS) winning percentage against the spread all day.
