NFL Week 15 Betting Picks: Against the Spread

Week 15 brings about some changes in the NFL schedule. It marks the end of bye weeks and the beginning of Saturday games.

Before going forward to this week, we will take a quick look back on our picks from last week that went 2-1. The two wins were very straightforward and came sans sweat. The Cowboys' win and cover became closer on the final score than it actually was. The 27-20 final was 27-8 not too long before that, and a late pick-six from Dak Prescott was the culprit there. Still, no harm was done. The Chargers similarly had an easy win and cover. They even allowed two garbage-time touchdowns but still had no issues covering. The heartbreaker was Browns -2.5. For anyone shopping around for a better line and finding one at -2, they were able to push. I was not so lucky. The Browns saw a 24-9 lead they had just before the fourth quarter disintegrate into a 24-22 final. Tough beat there, but still another winning week.

We will once again have three betting plays this week. The Cowboys -10.5 were nearly a fourth but fell just a hair short of making the final cut. Let’s get to them.
