NBA Player Prop Bets: Luka Lighting it Up

'Proceed with caution' is not the most enjoyable phrase to hear when trying to make money on player props but it is very relevant on the last day of the regular season. The biggest factor for any team today is intention: Which teams are playing for something, which teams are playing for something only if a certain outcome early in the day happens, and which teams are playing for nothing? Intention can not only throw off the projections or role for a player on that team but the opponent as well.

Books are clearly heeding this advice as well because the prop offerings usually available by the early afternoon are extremely slim today. If you really want more volume, wait until right before tip-off and see who starts for these teams.
