Fantasy Football Quarterback Streaming Week 13: Great Matchup For Russell Wilson
There weren’t many gaudy stat lines from quarterbacks in Week 12. Only three quarterbacks threw for at least 300 yards. Only Patrick Mahomes and Tua Tagovailoa threw more than two touchdown passes.
Six teams were on a bye last week, but no teams will be off during Week 13. That should help boost the number of viable streaming options for fantasy.
For streaming purposes, 4for4’s Schedule-Adjusted Fantasy Points Allowed (aFPA) is a metric we rely heavily on to determine weekly matchup strength. As the season progresses and more data is available, aFPA becomes more and more reliable, using rolling 10-week data. Targets and efficiency metrics are also considered when choosing weekly streamers.
To provide advice you can implement, candidates for streaming must be rostered in no more than 40% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues.

Week 12 Recap
Our biggest hit last week was Will Levis, who finished as QB13. He helped the Titans pull off an upset over the Texans, throwing for 278 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. He completed 75.0% of his passes and averaged 11.6 yards per pass attempt. Considering the snowy conditions and a matchup against the Steelers, Jameis Winston scoring 13.5 fantasy points was also somewhat noteworthy. He finished with more fantasy points than both Jared Goff (10.8) and Kyler Murray (10.3).
Those who took a chance on Tommy DeVito in deeper formats last week didn’t receive much production as DeVito finished as QB23. He was constantly under pressure, throwing for 189 yards and no touchdowns. On the bright side, he didn’t turn the ball over and finished with 32 rushing yards on seven carries.

Russell Wilson (Steelers) at Bengals
Wilson and the Steelers have had added time to rest after playing the Browns on Thursday Night Football. Snow played a factor in the game, but Wilson still finished with a respectable stat line of 270 passing yards and one touchdown. He even completed 75.0% of his passes, which was his highest mark of the season.
Wilson is currently available in 36% of Yahoo leagues and hasn’t helped his cause with one touchdown pass over his last two games. However, this is a great matchup for him to get back on track in the touchdown department with the Bengals being tied for the ninth-most touchdown passes allowed in the league. They have also allowed the 10th-most passing yards per game. That has contributed to them being ranked 30th in aFPA to quarterbacks.
