49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (hamstring, quadricep) took full practice reps all week. He was removed from the injury report but picked up a hamstring injury at some point this week. He should be fine to face the Rams, who are really struggling at corner.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (hamstring, quadricep) practiced fully Wednesday. Goodwin is certainly startable after a big Week 6 against the Packers. The Rams are struggling to defend the pass.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (hamstring, quadricep) took full practice reps Thursday. Goodwin will make his return against the Packers. If Pierre Garcon is out, he could see a few extra targets on Monday night.

Marquise Goodwin is “full go” today at practice. Sounds like he is on track to return in Week 6 vs. Packers.

Fantasy Impact:

It seems like Goodwin is finally getting healthy. This has been a nightmare of a season for the presumed WR1 in San Francisco. Now that he is without Jimmy Garoppolo. Goodwin will be difficult to trust as anything more than a WR4.

Fantasy Impact:

Goodwin was a risky play even if he was active but it ends up he won't go in Week 5. With Pettis also out, Pierre Garcon, Trent Taylor, Kendrick Bourne and Richie James are next up.

49ers don't think WR Dante Pettis knee injury is serious

The 49ers believe neither tackle Joe Staley nor wide receiver Dante Pettis sustained long-term knee injuries Sunday in the team’s 29-27 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.

Fantasy Impact:

Pettis injured his left knee on a punt return in the first quarter. After the initial diagnosis, the injury isn't believed to involve damage to the anterior cruciate ligament. Pettis is expected to undergo MRI examinations Monday. Goodwin was also injured in the game, suffering a hamstring setback.

The 49ers can’t catch a break. With left tackle Joe Staley and wide receiver Dante Pettis already questionable to return with knee injuries, right tackle Mike McGlinchey and wide receiver Marquise Goodwin both went down on the 49ers' final drive of the first half.

Fantasy Impact:

Reports said Goodwin walked to the locker room and speculation is he may have re-injured his quad, although that wasn't confirmed by any source.
