Cardinals TE Jermaine Gresham (knee, questionable) took limited practice reps again Friday and is questionable for Week 15. Gresham will be a Sneaky Start if he can play this week, though owners should be prepared to pick up Darren Fells, Garrett Celek, Austin Hooper, Clive Walford or A.J. Derby (all late kickoffs on Sunday) if he can’t play. He has at least five catches in three straight games and has a nice matchup with the Saints.

Fantasy Impact:

Hooper had a quiet game against the Eagles and has a couple of tough matchups coming out of the team's Week 11 bye. His playing time has spiked to the low 70% range with Tamme out, so he'll be in the streaming conversation the rest of the way.

The Atlanta Falcons are likely to lose tight end Jacob Tamme to season-ending shoulder surgery.

Fantasy Impact:

Tamme is scheduled to get a second opinion Wednesday on the right shoulder he injured Oct. 30 against Green Bay. It's highly likely Tamme will then have surgery Thursday. Hooper likely takes over as the pass catching TE. He put up some decent fantasy numbers ... until last week against the Eagles where he had just one catch for eight yards and a couple of drops. In the two weeks before he caught a total of eight passes for 87 yards and a TD.
