Browns RB Kareem Hunt (calf) will be activated from IR for Week 12's game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Good news for the Browns, who could be short on receivers. Hunt should get a normal workload, but pessimism is okay for one week.

The Cleveland Browns have designated RB Kareem Hunt (calf) to return from IR. He has 21 days to return to the active roster. Browns HC Kevin Stefanski is optimistic that Hunt could play Week 12 against the Baltimore Ravens, according to Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal.

This is big news for a struggling Browns offense. Every day of practice matters for Hunt this week. Also note that after a month-plus layoff, his role Sunday, if he plays, could be limited.

Browns running back Kareem Hunt will be back at practice this week and he’s got his eyes on playing against the Ravens on Sunday night in Week 12.

Hunt's injury was thought to possibly be season-ending at the time it happened, but now Hunt is expected to practice and hopes to play on Sunday night this week. Hunt said he feels ready, but the practice sessions leading into the weekend will determine that once and for all. While Hunt would eat into Chubb's workload a bit, he would move Johnson back to this RB3 role.

Stefanski said Kareem Hunt and Jack Conklin will be back "at practice this week at some point."

The return of Hunt will cut into the workload of Chubb who had 22 rushes for 130 yards as well as a receiving TD this past week. The return of Hunt would also push Johnson back to the team's RB3. Johnson had just five carries in Week 11 but did produce 26 yards. Hunt's status this week will certainly be one to watch. Keep in mind the Browns play on Sunday night in Week 12 at Baltimore.

Seeing only one limited practice appearance on Friday, Brown was unable to get ready for the Ravens matchup against the Bears. His absence will open up additional opportunities for the remaining Baltimore pass catchers.

Lamar Jackson is currently questionable with an illness but expected to play. Brown's absence slightly downgrades Jackson's outlook but boosts Rashod Bateman and Sammy Watkins' chances for targets.

It is also reported that CEH will start for Kansas City in their matchup against Dallas. Edwards-Helaire has missed five games since injuring his knee back in Week 5.

Darrel Williams will maintain a role in the Chiefs' offense after posting 101 yards receiving last week. Expect a committee approach to leave CEH as more of a RB2/3 with touchdown dependency.

Ravens WR Marquise Brown (thigh) and RB Latavius Murray (ankle) are questionable for Week 11's game against the Chicago Bears.

Brown is expected to play, while Murray is looking to play for the first time since October. Their matchup against Chicago got easier with the news that Khalil Mack is out for the season.

Cardinals WR DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) will miss Week 11's game at Seattle, while QB Kyler Murray (ankle) will once again be a game-time decision.

Murray's multiple practice appearances makes him more likely Week 11 than any point the past three weeks. Hopkins is clearly dealing with a more significant hamstring issue.

Head coach Andy Reid told reporters in his Monday press conference that running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire is close to returning from his sprained MCL.

“I think he has a better shot [to play] this week. Pretty good chance,” Reid said, via Sam McDowell of the Kansas City Star.

Edwards-Helaire has been out since suffering the injury in Kansas City’s Week 5 loss to Buffalo. It will be interesting to see if CEH steps back into the top spot. Williams ran 11 times for 43 yards, but more impressively caught nine passes for 101 yards and a TD. CEH hasn't caught more than three balls in any of his seven games so far this season. The Chiefs have been forced to check down more and Edward-Helaire will need to be involved in the passing game to be a safe fantasy starter again.
