Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers is getting another weapon back in time for Week 11, as wide receiver Allen Lazard was activated off injured reserve Tuesday.

Lazard missed the the Packers’ last six games after undergoing core muscle surgery in early October. Over the first three games of the season, Lazard caught 13 passes for 254 yards and two touchdowns. In Week 3 against New Orleans, Lazard hauled in six receptions for a career-best 146 yards and a score. Lazard should be good to go for Week 11 against the Colts, but it's unclear if he'll be on a snap count. He should eventually get back his WR2 role but it may be best to wait and see on him in fantasy lineups his first week back.

Packers WR Davante Adams is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN.

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur told reporters that WR Allen Lazard is a game-time decision this week.

The addition of Lazard would be welcomed the first place Packers, but it is also not surprising that the team is taking its time deciding when to make him active. If Lazard plays, it is more than likely that he would be on a snap count.

According to ESPNAllen Lazard could make his return to the field in Week 10.

As ESPN points out, Allen Lazard has not been appearing on practice reports because he is still technically in the 21-day window the Packers have to activate him following his return to practice. Lazard had a career day with Davante Adams sidelined, and hopefully that confidence and swagger can carry over into making him into a true number two wideout. If Lazard can put it all together on a consistent basis, the Green Bay Packers offense will become even more unstoppable. We should have an idea by Saturday on whether or not the Packers plan to play Lazard on Sunday.

Allen Lazard seems to be making good progress in his recovery and has even returned to the practice field. The Packers are not required to divulge his participation level as he is still on the injured reserve list, but the video linked above suggests that he may have earned the limited tag if he was listed. Lazard will provide a major boost to the Packers passing game when he returns, but he is still a far from ideal number two receiver in the year 2020. He is inching closer to a return, though fantasy managers should continue to plan to be without him until the Packers officially activate him.
