Davante Adams misses another practice on Thursday due to turf toe. It appears he will be a long-shot to play this week against Detroit.

Fantasy Impact:

Davante Adam's absence last week in Dallas pushed Aaron Jones into a big role, as he led the team on the ground and through the air, while Geronimo Allison, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Jimmy Graham finished second, third and fourth in targets. The Lions have been tough on passing offense so far this season, allowing just four touchdown passes in four games while holding Patrick Mahomes to no touchdowns.

Packers WR Davante Adams (toe, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 5. Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Geronimo Allison and Jake Kumerow will likely play in three-WR sets. It's not clear if Allison is ahead of Kumerow in two-WR sets, but since Allison has experience playing both inside and outside, it's likely that he is the WR2 with Adams out. Packers WR Jake Kumerow (shoulder) took full practice reps all week. Kumerow is a favorite of Aaron Rodgers and should see 50%-70% of the snaps (or more) as a member of the team's three-WR sets.

Packers WR Davante Adams will not play Sunday against the Cowboys.

Fantasy Impact:

Adams has been dealing with turf toe and did not practice all week. He does look on track to play in Week 6 as Ian Rapoport reported he was not dealing with a long term injury. Keep an eye out next week but get him out of your lineups for this week. Geronimo Allison has been playing well of late and now has quite the opportunity with Adams out.

If he's out Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Geronimo Allison and Jake Kumerow would play in three-WR sets. It's not clear if Allison is ahead of Kumerow in two-WR sets, but since Allison has experience playing both inside and outside, it's likely that he is the WR2 if Adams sits. Allison and Kumerow would qualify for Sneaky Start status in that scenario.
