Cardinals QB Carson Palmer gets checked for concussion

Cardinals QB Carson Palmer exited early for the Cardinals following a hard hit he endured on a Rams sack in the fourth quarter. He is getting evaluated for a concussion, per the team.

Fantasy Impact:

Palmer landed on his side with his head then hitting the ground. He jogged to the locker room but never returned to the game and Drew Stanton took over. Of course if he has a concussion, he'll have to enter the league's protocol.

This puts Schoonmaker more or less in TE streaming consideration, but there are far better options this week, which puts him low on the totem pole.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
