NBA Player Prop Bets: Banchero is Magic vs Cavs
It is a tough five-game slate tonight with three tanking teams in action and at least two playoff teams resting most of their rotation with their positioning locked up. Understanding where the burden falls on the remaining players or where the best ways to attack what is left is key in the props for today.

Today’s NBA Player Prop Bets (April 6, 2023)
Paolo Banchero Over 11.5 Rebounds + Assists (-113 at FanDuel)
The Orlando Magic have been surging toward the end of the season, and a lot of that promise for the future is based around top pick Paolo Banchero.
As the season has progressed, Banchero’s game has become more well-rounded, with him being trusted to make plays for others as well as find his own shot. In the last two weeks of games, Banchero has gone over this prop six of seven times and is averaging 14.3 RA in that time. As of late, the floor has been raised considerably in the non-scoring categories for Banchero, but the books have not caught up yet. In these last seven games, Banchero has gone over today’s prop for rebounds and assists individually six times. That does include games of different game scripts, where Banchero plays less than 30 minutes due to blowouts.
That is a factor today because the Cavs are in town, and they are sitting their entire top six of their rotation after locking up the four seed in the East. Banchero had 14 RA last game, with the regulars playing for Cleveland. Banchero has played 28:52 or more in every game since the all-star break, which should give him the time to reach this prop. As the rookie continues to have his role expand in an offense that still lacks a true lead guard, the floor increases, and it is showing in the range of outcomes that are still resulting in this over.
