Todd Bowles says rookie RB Bucky Irving has earned more snaps going forward.

Fantasy Impact:

Irving carried 9 times for 70 yards, including a 32-yard run. White carried 6 times for just 17 yards. White did haul in 5 passes to Irving's 3, but White only had 18 yards on those catches with Irving getting 14 yards. It's tough to tell just how the touches will be split up since they were essentially split in Week 3, but this news could put Irving in the flex category for Week 4, at least until we see what the Bucs plan is at RB going forward.

Lions head coach Dan Campbell says tight end Sam LaPorta suffered a sprained ankle during Sunday’s win over the Cardinals.

Fantasy Impact:

The injury happened during Jahmyr Gibb’s touchdown in the second quarter. LaPorta got rolled up on in the end zone. He was later carted off the field. He tried to return to the game in the third quarter only to leave shortly thereafter. We’ll likely know more Monday but it’s fair to think LaPorta may miss a little bit of time. The Lions host the Seahawks next Monday night then go into their bye week in Week 6.

Brian Callahan says Will Levis remains Titans starter

Despite his second two-interception game, Will Levis remains the Titans starting quarterback, said head coach Brian Callahan Sunday.

Fantasy Impact:

Levis went 26/34 for 260 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions (with one pick-six) in Tennessee’s 30-14 loss Sunday to the Packers. Levis now has four touchdowns and five interceptions for the season and the Titans are 0-3. Levis has turned the ball over eight times through three games. He was also sacked eight times by the Packers and has taken 15 sacks this season. We’ve already seen one major quarterback change among 2023 draft picks, could we see another? The Titans play at Miami next Monday night. For the record, Mason Rudolph is Levis’ backup.

Sam LaPorta carted to locker room

Lions TE Sam LaPorta was carted to the locker room late in the first half against the Cardinals.

Fantasy Impact:

The injury happened as LaPorta was blocking downfield on Jahmyr Gibbs’ touchdown. The Lions have had multiple injuries so far today but this is easily the most fantasy-significant for the Lions and across the league. LaPorta had been considered the top fantasy tight end. Hopefully it’s not a serious injury but we will certainly wait for more details. He had two catches for 36 yards before leaving.
