Packers center Jason Spitz, who has a recurring calf injury, sat out Friday and is questionable. Linebacker Frank Zombo (knee) is out. McCarthy indicated everyone else will play.

Linebacker A.J. Hawk has a bruised knee and was limited Friday.

In Chicago, safety Chris Harris (hip) practiced on a limited basis. He's questionable, but coach Lovie Smith said he'll play.
