Premium Subscription (Season-Long Leagues) vs DFS Subscription (Weekly Fantasy Football)
The Premium Subscription has changed in comparison to last year (2015 NFL season). Over the last few years, we’ve introduced a more powerful draft software in Draft Hero, increased our content significantly and added several new tools and reports while maintaining the same $29 price point (sign up for 2016 at our reduced early bird rate). FanDuel/DraftKings/DraftDay Value Reports and FanDuel/DraftKings Cash Game Breakdown’s will now be a part of the DFS Subscription. This will also allow us to send pertinent newsletters based on what subscription you have bought (Premium Subscribers will no longer receive DFS related newsletters).
We introduced the new DFS Subscription ($99; sign up for 2016 at our reduced early bird rate) because we wanted to offer the same quality product we’ve offered our season-long subscribers over the last 16 years, and tailor it specifically to the growing niche of daily fantasy football players. To do this, we felt we needed to hire someone full time to take over all DFS content (Chris Raybon), create a powerful lineup generator with an algorithm that makes millions of calculations in less than half a second, provide tools and reports to help you make winning decisions and more importantly continue to offer cutting-edge analysis and support you’ve come to know from 4for4. Because the DFS Subscription is still in its infancy, you can expect several updates (DFS sites, tools, reports and enhancements to the lineup generator) over the next few weeks, months, and years.
The bottom line is we wanted to cater to two different audiences and not divert resources away from our Premium Subscription and short-change our core subscriber base, who have been with us for years. We have a long list of features we’re adding over the next few seasons, so keep your eyes peeled!
