Scouting report

KC WR Albert Wilson - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Oakland Raiders

Albert Wilson finished with 3 catches for 27 yards on 5 targets last week. Wilson's not a bad player, but he is a bad fantasy option. Outside of Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce, there isn't anyone reliable enough on this offense to start.

KC WR Albert Wilson - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at New York Jets

Albert Wilson had a decent fantasy day last week because he caught a touchdown, but anyone outside of Tyreek Hill or Travis Kelce has been unreliable in the Chiefs offense. Wilson is not a smart play this week.

KC WR Albert Wilson - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Denver Broncos

Albert Wilson caught a 63-yard touchdown last week...and that was it. Wilson is a talented player, and he'll make some of those big plays throughout the year, but he doesn't get the ball consistently enough to be relevant in fantasy.

KC WR Albert Wilson - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Albert Wilson gets a slight bump as he's no longer splitting the No. 2 receiver role with Chris Conley, who is out with an injury. Wilson should now get most of the scraps in the offense behind Travis Kelce, Tyreek Hill, and Kareem Hunt. Is there enough left for Wilson to be relevant, though?

Wilson had just 3 targets last week and finished with 2 catches for 18 yards. Wilson hasn't shown us much this season, and in a tough matchup this week against the Steelers, there's not a lot to like about him.

KC WR Albert Wilson - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs. Washington

Albert Wilson caught a touchdown last week, his first score of the season. He and Chris Conley are pretty much in the same position as neither player gets much opportunity. Wilson can be avoided in fantasy.

KC WR Albert Wilson - Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 vs. Philadelphia Eagles

As expected, Albert Wilson didn't have a big offensive role last week. Even with Alex Smith throwing for the second-most yards in his career, Wilson only finished with 37 yards. He did catch all 5 of his targets, though. Wilson is not going to do enough to warrant weekly fantasy consideration.

KC WR Albert Wilson - Week 1 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1 vs. New England Patriots

Albert Wilson is an interesting player because he has a good skill set, but hasn't had many opportunities to show off. He's stuck in a safe Chiefs offense, which features Alex Smith making careful throws while he manages the game.

Wilson gets bumped up the depth chart this season with Jeremy Maclin gone, but he's still an afterthought in the offense. He's behind Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce, and he's not even starting as the WR2—that role goes to Chris Conley.

Wilson shouldn't be a fantasy consideration this week.
