Week 3 vs Cleveland Browns

Alexander Mattison's ranking is creeping closer to his backfield mate, Zamir White's, every week. That's not necessarily a ringing endorsement on Mattison, though. It's more of a knock on White.

At RB38, he's not too exciting but if you're desperate for a flex he's in play. Mattison only managed six touches in Week 3, though, so keep expectations low.

Week 1 at Baltimore Ravens

Alexander Mattison outsnapped Zamir White in Week 1, showcasing his potential to carve out a larger role in the offense. Despite White starting and seeing 15 opportunities, Mattison proved to be more efficient with his touches. If they do go with the "hot hand" approach, as Head Coach Antonio Pierce put it, he could be useful as a flex play at points this year.

He's RB43 this week, so he's not likely to crack fantasy lineups this weekend but it's a situation worth monitoring.

Week 14 at Las Vegas Raiders

It was another disappointing performance for Alexander Mattison in Week 13. He only tallied 63 yards from scrimmage and failed to find the end zone.

Mattison is all the way down at RB31 this week. He's on the flex radar if you're desperate but hopefully you have better options elsewhere.
