Dan Quinn says he anticipates Devonta Freeman to start participating in practice this week.

Fantasy Impact: 

Freeman has been out since Week 10 with the foot issue. Keep in mind it's a short week for Atlanta as they host the Saints on Thanksgiving night. If Freeman can't go, Hill would likely step in but he hasn't impressed over his last two games and it's a tough matchup against the Saints defense.
