KC WR Chris Conley - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs. Washington

Chris Conley didn't have a catch last week, and only has 6 receptions all season long. With Kareem Hunt, Tyreek Hill, and Travis Kelce on the team, there's not much opportunity for other players. It's best to avoid Conley in fantasy.

Week 3 at Los Angeles Chargers

The Chiefs need someone other than Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce, and Kareem Hunt to make plays, and Chris Conley is that man. He saw 4 targets last week, catching them all for 55 yards. Obviously, those stats aren't too appealing in fantasy, which is why Conley shouldn't be viewed as a strong option. He mainly just gets left with the scraps of K.C.'s offense.

Week 1 vs. New England Patriots

Chris Conley draws the start in Week 1 against the Patriots, but that doesn't mean much. The third-year receiver moves into a starting role with the departure of Jeremy Maclin, but recent history tells us anyone besides Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce won't get much love in this Chiefs offense.

Conley can be ignored for fantasy purposes.

Chris Conley will see an increase in playing time if Jeremy Maclin misses this week. But even if that's the case, don't expect huge numbers from the young receiver, even in a favorable matchup. Conley's been pretty average all season long, and if he has a breakout game, it'd be his first.
