Scouting report

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs Baltimore
Cole Beasley has been red-hot the past two games. Against his old team, he caught six passes for 110 yards and a touchdown on Thanksgiving. He has 12 receptions for 186 yards over the past two games with two touchdowns.

Beasley will face a tough Ravens defense that is ranked ninth in aFPA to wide receivers. The game plan could be conservative again and with the tough matchup, the passing numbers should be tame.

Despite his recent play, keep Cole Beasley on the bench for Week 14. The opponent pushes him down the rankings.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Dallas
Cole Beasley had a solid game last Sunday with six catches for 76 yards and a touchdown. It was his first touchdown since Week 9 and the most catches for him since Week 4. It's worth noting that Beasley occasionally has games like this.

Now, Beasley gets to play his old team on Thanksgiving. The Cowboys are ranked fifth in aFPA to wide receivers. We don't expect anything higher than the last game which is the ceiling, but keep Beasley on the bench as the numbers should be a little lower.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs Denver
Cole Beasley has back-to-back four reception games, but last week he had only 38 receiving yards. The numbers haven't been anything to write home about as he hasn't had more than four receptions since Week 4 vs. New England.

Beasley will face the Broncos who are fourth in aFPA to wide receivers. Since, Beasley hasn't had big game and he faces one of the better pass defenses, we don't expect enough from him in Week 12 to consider starting him. Keep Beasley on the bench.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Miami
Cole Beasley had four receptions for 74 yards last Sunday, the most catches and yardage since Week 4. However, his three-game touchdown streak did end. Beasley continues to be consistent with his workload.

Beasley will face the Dolphins who are 26th in aFPA to wide receivers. He had three catches for only 16 yards in the first meeting with Miami. He did score a touchdown against the 'Fins.

Keep Beasley on the bench for Week 11. Despite the better numbers last week, those games have been few and far between.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Cleveland
Cole Beasley hasn't had more than three catches in any of the last three games, but he has scored a touchdown in all three of those games. That has given some fantasy value, but it's hard to count on touchdowns for any fantasy player.

The Browns are up next and the matchup for Beasley is average, but there just hasn't been enough production from him although he is seeing targets most weeks. Keep Beasley on the bench for Week 10 in all leagues and formats.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 vs Washington
Cole Beasley has been consistent the last three weeks but that's not necessarily a good thing. He has had three receptions in each of the last three games and those have only totaled 78 yards. The Bills passing game has been conservative and although Beasley is getting targets (13 over the past two games), we aren't seeing many catches.

Beasley and the Bills face the Redskins who are 24th in aFPA to wide receivers. This is a good chance for Buffalo to get the passing game going. However, we need to see more before we can elevate the value of Beasley. The numbers haven't been good enough. So keep him on your bench for Week 9.

BUF WR Cole Beasley - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs Philadelphia
Cole Beasley had low numbers last Sunday with only three receptions for 13 yards, but he did score a touchdown to salvage what would have been a bad fantasy outing. Beasley remains a main option for QB Josh Allen as he is still tied with John Brown for the team lead in targets.

It's a very good matchup for Beasley and the Bills against the Eagles who are ranked 31st in aFPA to wide receivers. But even with that favorable matchup, Beasley doesn't rank high enough to be considered for a starting spot on your fantasy roster for Week 8.
