Fantasy Upside
Damien Williams averaged 2.3 touches per game in 2015. Barring injuries on the Dolphins RB depth chart above him, his fantasy upside is capped, with Jay Ajayi, Arian Foster, and 3rd round pick Kenyan Drake ahead of him.

Fantasy Downside
New head coach Adam Gase has made multiple efforts this offseason to bolster the Dolphins backfield, ultimately with the signing of Foster and drafting of Drake. That leaves little confidence in those returning to the backfield mix in 2016, including Williams.

Bottom Line
Williams will go undrafted in 2016 by the vast majority in fantasy, which is the appropriate decision.

Damien WIlliams - Week 17 vs. New York Jets
Damien Williams finished with 68 yards and a touchdown last week. Don't expect that type of performance from him again, however. He has a very limited role playing backup to Lamar Miller.

Damien Williams - Week 11 vs. Buffalo Bills

With Lamar Miller seeing fewer touches, Damien Williams gets a slight bump. Last week he carried the ball seven times for 34 yards (had a 19-yard carry). Even if Williams does get more touches, he'll likely be ineffective. The Bills are allowing the third fewest points to opposing backs this season.

Williams is not a strong option this week.

Damien Williams - Week 3 vs. Kansas City

Damien Williams saw playing time in Week 2 after Knowshon Moreno left with an elbow injury and as Lamar Miller struggled with an ankle injury. He was only on the field for 22 percent of the team's offensive plays, but he did get some touches. He carried the ball five times for 19 yards.

He likely won't be a major factor this week as Miller will be the back relied upon for Miami. He should be viewed as a RB4 in a favorable matchup.
