Rams RB Malcolm Brown (ankle, doubtful) missed practice all week and is doubtful for Week 7. Darrell Henderson will back up Todd Gurley. Prior to last week, Brown had seen 5.4 touches per game in the first five games. Henderson may see 5-10 touches in a change of pace role given the favorable matchup and how well he ran (11 carries, 40 yards) last week against the 49ers.

Rams RB Todd Gurley (quadricep, doubtful) missed practice all week and is doubtful for Week 6. With Gurley doubtful, we have taken him out of the rankings. Malcolm Brown would likely see most of the carries and the Rams may dust off Darrell Henderson for a change-of-pace role against the 49ers. The matchup isn't good, so Brown is not a no-brainer RB2-type start, but he'll be the starter for the home-favorite Rams, whose offense creates a lot of scoring opportunities.

Rams RB Todd Gurley (quadricep) did not practice Wednesday or Thursday. Gurley's Week 6 status is "very much in the air" per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. If he can't play, Malcolm Brown would likely see most of the carries and the Rams may dust off Darrell Henderson for a change-of-pace role against the 49ers.

Todd Gurley is day-to-day with a quad injury, but even if he is good to go this week, Sean McVay says he wants to get running back Darrell Henderson more involved in the offensive package.

Fantasy Impact: 

McVay said that if Todd Gurley were to miss this week, Malcolm Brown and Darrell Henderson would be the one-two punch at running back, which could give both fantasy appeal against a tough 49ers defense.
