Week 9 vs Houston Texans

Davante Adams comes into the week as our WR23, six spots behind teammate Garrett Wilson.

The targets have been there for Adams through two games on the Jets, but the production hasn't. Through two games, he's only been able to turn his 15 total targets into just 84 yards. Hopefully the production comes back as Adams and Aaron Rodgers rekindle their spark.

Week 8 at New England Patriots

Davante Adams saw plenty of opportunities in his first game on the Jets. His nine targets were the second-highest mark of the year so far, but he only managed to turn that into three receptions for 30 yards.

As he works into the offense, we'd assume the efficiency ticks up. His ranking this week, as WR21, reflects that a bit. The matchup should provide plenty of opportunities for production.

Week 7 at Pittsburgh Steelers

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas, except for Davante Adams. Adams hit the eject button on the Raiders and gets his reunion with Aaron Rodgers.

It remains to be seen what role he'll have and how quickly he can get up to speed. He's slotted in as our WR42 but nothing would surprise me as far as his production in his first week with his new team.

Week 3 vs Cleveland Browns

Davante Adams has been a bit of a roller coaster this year. An efficient, low workload in Week 1. Excellent efficiency and 12 targets in Week 2. In Week 3, he got the workload but only managed to haul in four of his nine targets for 40 yards.

He's our WR22 this week, so he is fine as a WR2 but some consistency would be nice for his fantasy managers.

Week 3 vs Carolina Panthers

Davante Adams is our WR8 this week. He jumped from six targets in Week 1 to a dozen in Week 2. Adams tallied 110 receiving yards and found the end zone last week.

He's a no-brainer start week in and week out. This matchup against the Panthers is the cherry on top, but you're not benching Adams if he's on the field.

Rumors of Davante Adams' frustration with the Raiders organization seemed to be squashed heading into the season. But, if he only manages six targets for 59 yards every week, those rumors may resurface.

Davante Adams comes in as our WR26 this week so he's firmly in the WR2/Flex conversation but we shouldn't expect a true "Davante" performance until he proves it can happen in this offense.

Week 1 at Los Angeles Chargers

For the moment, Davante Adams is the WR1 of the Las Vegas Raiders. He comes into the week ranked as our WR11. It was a season full of frustration last year. Adams had seven games with five or fewer receptions. He only broke 100 yards on three occasions. For most pass catchers, that would be a solid season but Adams has set the bar much higher throughout his career.

Our ranking of him as a WR1 makes him an easy start in all formats and his fantasy managers are hoping we get a squeaky wheel situation to kick off the year.
