Giant RB Ahmad Bradshaw's absence means Andre Brown will likely see the bulk of the carries Thursday.

Fantasy Impact: 

On the short week, Bradshaw's chances of playing are slim. And Brown's standout game last week has him ahead of rookie David Wilson, making Brown the better pickup - at least this week.

The Giants have still not provided an update on Ahmad Bradshaw who was injured on Sunday, and he wasn't at practice Tuesday. And since this is the only practice day of the week, it's a good bet he will not play in Carolina on Thursday night.

A source yesterday said the "early" indication was that it was just a "sprain."

Fantasy Impact: 

RB Andre Brown looks like he could be in line for the bulk of carries Thursday night. Rookie David Wilson should also get a chance to climb out of the doghouse with the possibility of no Bradshaw, but he'd be a risky fantasy play after Brown's performance last week.

Giants offense ran 84 plays yesterday. Even with RB Ahmad Bradshaw out, first-rounder David Wilson was only on the field for 6 of them.

Fantasy Impact: 

After a fumble in Week 1, and an early dropped ball in Week 2, Wilson is in Tom Coughlin's doghouse. Andre Brown made the most of it, carrying 13 times for 71 yards and a TD and adding 2 catches for 19 yards. With Bradshaw's status in doubt on what's a very short week with a Thursday night game, Brown seems to have the edge as the better fantasy option. Wilson is too talented not to get his time, though, and likely just needs to string together some plays before we start seeing more.
