Falcons beat writer D. Orlando Ledbetter answered a question about Falcons WR Julio Jones on Twitter, saying Jones would be a decoy and he can barely run.

Fantasy Impact: 

While Jones could very well come down to a game-time call, it seems he'd be limited in Week 15 even if he's active. Owners may want to consider other options here even if Jones suits up. Harry Douglas could end up getting more snaps even if Jones is active.

Falcons WR Julio Jones (hip, questionable) missed practice all week and is questionable for Week 15. Jones seems pretty iffy for Week 15, though the team hopes he can play against the Steelers. If he can’t go, it would be a big upgrade for Harry Douglas, but Matt Ryan wouldn’t quite as appealing without his top weapon. The Falcons play early on Sunday.

Falcons WR Harry Douglas (foot, probable) took full practice reps on Friday after being limited earlier in the week and is probable for Week 15. Douglas could play a big role on Sunday if Julio Jones is out with his hip injury.
