NE WR Jakobi Meyers - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Buffalo Bills

Jakobi Meyers dinged up his shoulder against the Vikings last week but still managed 62 yards on three catches. He remains the clear-cut No. 1 option for Mac Jones and his shoulder does look to be better and he looks to be good to go for Thursday against the Bills. It's certainly a tough matchup with the Bills getting healthier in the secondary as Tre'Davious White returned last week against the Lions. But as Mac Jones' favorite target, Meyers is at least still worthy of a WR3 spot in your lineups this week.

NE WR Jakobi Meyers - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Minnesota Vikings

The Jets defense stifled the Patriots offense in Week 11, but Jakobi Meyers still cracked 50 yards for the sixth time this season. He is easily the favorite receiver for Mac Jones and has been for a while. That alone makes him a solid fantasy option, sitting in the WR3/flex territory on a short week against the Vikings.

NE WR Jakobi Meyers - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. New York Jets

Jakobi Meyers has some of the best hands in the NFL and is very reliable for quarterback Mac Jones. He has played 7 games so far this season. He has at least 4 catches in all but one. And one of his best games came in the first meeting with the Jets, with a 9-60-1 line on 13 targets. Incredible, considering the Jets' corners have done pretty well against opposing wide receivers this season. Jones doesn't throw the ball much, but when he does, it'll be Meyers likely being the recipient, making him a solid WR2 this week.

NE WR Jakobi Meyers - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 vs. Indianapolis Colts

Jakobi Meyers caught nine passes last week against the Jets as he continues to show how reliable he is for Mac Jones. He now has a touchdown in two straight games and three out of four. However, the Patriots are more of a running team and have a limited quarterback, which caps the fantasy ceiling of Meyers to a low-end WR2/upper-tier WR3 against the Colts, who are a middling pass defense in DVOA terms.

NE WR Jakobi Meyers - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 at New York Jets

For whatever reason, Jakobi Meyers only saw two targets against the Bears. Fortunately, one of those targets led him to the end zone, giving him two scores in three games. Mac Jones has always favored Meyers, so the targets should come back, but the Jets sport one of the best cornerback tandems in the league this season in Sauce Gardner and D.J. Reed, so yards could be tough to come by for Meyers. He's still a flex option, but temper your expectations on him this week.

NE WR Jakobi Meyers - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Chicago Bears

Even if the Patriots go back to Mac Jones as quarterback, Jakobi Meyers has been about as reliable as can be no matter who is under center for the Patriots. He doesn't have a game with less than four catches or 50 yards yet this season. Even with only seeing four targets against the Browns, he still caught all four of them for 60 yards. Meyers will get you catches almost assuredly. Believe it or not, the Bears actually aren't bad against the pass. They have a good, young secondary. But Meyers will find a way to produce on a national stage. He's a good flex option as usual.

NE WR Jakobi Meyers - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at Cleveland Browns

Welcome back, Jakobi Meyers. After missing two games with a knee injury, Meyers returned against the Lions and caught seven passes for 111 yards and his first touchdown of the season. So no matter who the quarterback is, Meyers is the favorite amongst the Patriots receivers. He'll likely have another game with Bailey Zappe, who targeted him eight times against Detroit, and Cleveland is another solid matchup, so Meyers is a solid flex option this week, especially with a couple of solid receivers on a bye.
