Lions RB Joique Bell (ankle) missed practice again Thursday. It looks like Bell will miss another week. Ameer Abdullah saw 15 touches in Week 4. Theo Riddick checked in with six, while Zach Zenner saw three. Expect Abdullah to lead the team in touches if Bell remains out. Todd Gurley had some success against the Cardinals last week.

Fantasy Impact: 

With Bell out, Ameer Adbullah should see a big workload in this tough matchup. Theo Riddick should be more involved in the passing game and Zach Zenner could get used as a change of pace option, but are both risky plays.

Fantasy Impact: 

Despite the questionable tag for Lynch, other media outlets say he's only got a 40-60 chance at playing. Thomas Rawls and Fred Jackson would likely share a workload if Lynch is unable to go. For the Lions, Bell is out so Ameer Abdullah should see an increase in touches but it's a bad road matchup against the Seahawks. Theo Riddick and Zach Zenner should get bumps in snaps too with Zenner being a change of pace option.
