Texans TE Jordan Akins (ankle, concussion, questionable) missed practice all week and is questionable for Week 7. It looks like Akins will remain out, though the questionable tag is an upgrade from last week. If he is out, Darren Fells will once again be a quality streaming option.

Texans interim head coach Romeo Crennel told reporters Friday that TE Jordan Akins is not ready to return from his ankle injury. "We are working with him and he's working to get back. He's not quite ready to get back yet," said Crennel.

Fantasy Impact:

Safe to say Akins is out for Week 7. It will be interesting to see how Akins fits into the offense when he returns since Darren Fells has been very productive in his stead. After a promising start to his 2020 season, Akins has a steep hill to climb to show he is fantasy-relevant in his return.
