Scouting report

DET WR Josh Reynolds - 2022 Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Miami Dolphins

Josh Reynold had a nice run for a bit, but that run could be coming to an end. He had just 8 yards last week and two of Detroit's top offensive playmakers are back healthy this week, so Reynolds drops down on the totem pole. He's tough to put into lineups this week as he likely won't see much action behind all the others.

DET WR Josh Reynolds - 2022 Week 7 Fantasy Football

Week 7 at Dallas Cowboys

Josh Reynolds is among the list of Lions receivers that are banged up and did not practice Wednesday or Thursday. He did perform well before the bye when Amon-Ra St. Brown and DJ Chark were out, averaging about 90 yards and six catches in his last three games. Keep an eye on the statuses of St. Brown and Chark. If they play, Reynolds will be hard-pressed to match those numbers again.

DET WR Josh Reynolds - 2022 Week 5 Fantasy Football

Week 5 at New England Patriots

Josh Reynolds had a very serviceable day with Amon-Ra St. Brown and DJ Chark out with injury against the Seahawks (7-81-1). Keep an eye on the injury reports for St. Brown and Chark this week, but if Reynolds is the guy again, he's worthy of a flex spot as the top target on the No. 1 scoring offense in the NFL. The Patriots are so-so against the pass, so Reynolds would get targets if he's the guy. If St. Brown and Chark do play, Reynolds has almost no fantasy appeal.

DET WR Josh Reynolds - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 at Falcons

Josh Reynolds has quietly been rock-solid since joining the Lions, catching 16-of-26 targets for 259 yards and two touchdowns in five games. It makes you wonder how the Titans couldn't find any use for him given their injury issues at wide receiver. Reynolds is more volatile than St. Brown given the lower target share, but he's on the WR4 radar in this spot, as long as Goff can play.

DET WR Josh Reynolds - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Vikings

Josh Reynolds is the only viable dart-throw among these wideouts, as he has established rapport with Jared Goff dating back to their time with the Rams. Reynolds caught 3-of-5 targets for 70 yards last week, including a 39-yard touchdown. The Vikings rank 31st in Schedule-Adjusted Fantasy Points per Game to wide receivers, so Reynolds is definitely in play in deeper formats.

LAR WR Josh Reynolds - Week 17 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 vs Arizona

Reynolds led the team in receiving last week against the Seattle Seahawks as he caught 6-of-10 targets for 65 yards. With Cooper Kupp to miss the week’s game as he was placed in the COVID/reserved list, Reynolds will step into the No.2 receiver role, however it comes on a week with John Wolford will be starting for the injured Jared Goff. Reynolds cannot be trusted as anything more than a low-end WR3 this week.

LAR WR Josh Reynolds - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Arizona

Reynolds saw six targets last week against the Niners which he turned into five receptions for 40 yards. He was second behind Robert Woods in receiving in a game that didn't feature Cooper Kupp. Reynolds has flashed some impressive ability and has been productive when called upon. However, he won’t be anything more than a low-end WR3 this week against the Cardinals.
