LAR WR Josh Reynolds - Week 17 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 vs. San Francisco 49ers

Josh Reynolds caught both of his targets for 44 yards in the Rams’ Week 16 win over the Cardinals. With L.A. dialing up just 24 passes in the blowout, Reynolds wasn’t needed to beat hapless Arizona. The two targets were 10 fewer than what he saw in last week’s loss to the Eagles and his production remains sporadic. With the Rams needing a win to lock up a first-round bye, Reynolds does have some appeal as a low-end WR3 this weekend when L.A. hosts San Francisco. The Niners rank 28th defensively against fantasy receivers this season and Reynolds is our WR26. He should rebound and offers upside in DFS.

LAR WR Josh Reynolds- Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 at Arizona Cardinals

Josh Reynolds caught five-of-12 targets for 70 yards in the Rams’ Week 15 loss to the Eagles. He had a 34-yard touchdown wiped off the board when he was ruled down just shy of the goal-line. The 12 targets are intriguing for fantasy owners, but Sunday night was the first time in three weeks that he’s finished with over 40 yards. With Jared Goff struggling the past three weeks, it’s unclear how Reynolds will factor into the game plan when the Rams visit the Cardinals on Sunday. Ranked as our WR33 for Week 16, Reynolds is a dart throw versus an Arizona defense that ranks 19th against fantasy receivers this season. While it might be tempting to play him given what Sean McVay’s offense has shown the past two years, keep in mind that Reynolds remains the No. 4 option in the passing game behind Robert Woods, Todd Gurley and Brandin Cooks.

LAR WR Josh Reynolds - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Josh Reynolds caught three-of-seven targets for 36 yards in the Rams’ Week 14 loss to the Bears. Believe it or not, Reynolds was actually the team’s second-leading receiver behind Robert Woods. That’s how bad Jared Goff (180 passing yards) and the rest of the Rams’ offense was in Chicago. The entire Rams offense should rebound Sunday when L.A. hosts a Philadelphia team that ranks No. 25 against fantasy receivers this season. Despite the great matchup, Reynolds is nothing more than a dart throw after catching a combined five passes for just 55 yards (12 targets) in his last two games. He ranks as our WR35 for Week 15.

LA WR Josh Reynolds - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 at Chicago Bears

Josh Reynolds was held to just two catches for 19 yards on five targets in the Rams’ Week 13 win over the Lions. Jared Goff struggled in this one, perhaps due to the bye week that L.A. had following its wild win over the Chiefs in Week 11. Nevertheless, Reynolds was a no-show following a huge night against Kansas City two weeks prior. Ranked as our WR34 for Week 14, view Reynolds as a WR4 when the Rams visit the Bears on Sunday night. L.A.’s passing game could struggle again and we would recommend looking elsewhere if you’re looking for a FLEX.

LAR WR Robert Woods - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 at Detroit Lions

Josh Reynolds caught six-of-eight targets for 80 yards and a touchdown in the Rams’ Week 11 win over the Chiefs. Starting in place of the injured Cooper Kupp (knee/out for the season), Reynolds was third on the team in targets behind Brandin Cooks (12) and Robert Woods (11). With those two on the outsides, Reynolds should continue to see 5-8 targets while subbing for Kupp. While he’s not guaranteed to score every week, Reynolds plays in one of the most explosive offenses in the league and is worth rostering in PPR formats. Ranked as our WR32 for Week 13, view Reynolds as a FLEX option on Sunday when the Rams visit the Lions.

LAR WR Josh Reynolds - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Josh Reynolds was held off the score sheet last Sunday when the Rams beat the Seahawks in Week 10. That said, with Cooper Kupp now lost for the season with a torn ACL, Reynolds is the first man up to occupy the slot in Sean McVay’s offense. Ranked as our WR36 for Monday night’s potential shootout with the Chiefs, Reynolds is one of John Paulsen’s “sneaky starts” for Week 11.

LAR WR Josh Reynolds - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 v. Green Bay Packers

Josh Reynolds caught his only target for 19 yards in the Rams’ Week 7 win over the 49ers. With Cooper Kupp sidelined, Reynolds did not factor into the passing game and will probably have a limited role on Sunday when the Rams host the Packers. Avoid him.
