DET WR Kenny Golladay - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Seattle Seahawks

Matthew Stafford only attempted 22 passes at Miami last week and Kenny Golladay was targeted just twice. The big WR snagged both of his looks, but for a season-low 37 yards in the win. Consider the results a fluke for Golladay, as Detroit was able to run all over the Dolphins. At home on Sunday versus a Seattle defense that allows just 206 passing yards per game, Golladay should be used as a WR3/flex play.

DET WR Kenny Golladay - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 at Miami Dolphins

In the victory versus Green Bay two weeks ago, Kenny Golladay led the Lions with 98 yards on four catches and scored his third TD of the season. He has registered over 50 receiving yards in every game with at least one 20-yard reception in four of the five contests. Golladay remains a strong red zone target for Matthew Stafford. He’ll be going against a Dolphins defense that’s allowing nearly 280 yards per game through the air, making Golladay a WR2 start.

DET WR Kenny Golladay - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 vs. Green Bay Packers

At Dallas last week, Matthew Stafford threw 30 passes, but came Kenny Golladay’s way only four times, leading to four receptions for 74 yards. Through the first month of the season, Golladay is averaging six snags a game and has two TDs. The Packers are yielding only 218 passing yards per game, making No. 19 a WR3/flex play.

DET WR Kenny Golladay - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 at Dallas Cowboys

In the win over the Pats last Sunday, Kenny Golladay snagged six passes for 53 yards and just got the ball over the goal line for his second score of 2018. The trio of Golden Tate, Marvin Jones and Golladay finished with 16 receptions for 191 yards and two TDs on the night. The second-year pro already has 19 catches on the season and is averaging 85 yards per outing. Even though Dallas is yielding less than 185 passing yards per game, it’d be tough to leave Golladay on your bench.

DET WR Kenny Golladay - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs. New England Patriots

At San Francisco last week, Kenny Golladay grabbed six passes for 89 yards and a TD. The WR trio of Golden Tate, Marvin Jones and Golladay saw 31 of Matthew Stafford’s 53 pass attempts in the loss. Even though he is No. 3 on the WR depth chart, Golladay will continue to see playing time and looks from Stafford. He should be used as a WR3 play on Sunday night versus a Patriots defense that just allowed over 350 yards and four TDs through the air to the Jaguars.

DET WR Kenny Golladay - Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 at San Francisco 49ers

In the loss to the Jets last Monday, Matthew Stafford looked Kenny Golladay’s way often during the first half, leading to the second-year receiver's first career 100-yard game. On 12 targets, he posted seven receptions for 114 yards and made some great catches, which were aided by his 6-foot-4 frame. Golladay will remain a big part of the Lions' passing game, but Stafford has a lot of options. Consider him a WR3/flex option at San Francisco this week.

DET WR Kenny Golladay - Week 1 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1 vs. New York Jets

Even though Kenny Golladay is the Lions' No. 3 WR, he is a deep threat for Matthew Stafford and will continue to be a big part of the offense in 2018. While Golden Tate and Marvin Jones will likely see most of Stafford’s targets, Golladay’s size makes him a nice red zone target. However, he should be used as no more than a WR3 option on Monday night.
