ARI QB Kyler Murray - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Seattle Seahawks

Kyler Murray only threw for 245 yards, a touchdown and a pick against the Bills last week, but he added 61 yards and a pair of touchdowns on the ground, turning in another stellar fantasy performance. Murray is eighth in the league in rushing yards with 604, and his 10 rushing touchdowns are second only to Dalvin Cook. The rushing production he consistently churns out makes him a high-floor fantasy option every week.

This week, Murray has a great matchup against the Seahawks, who rank 31st in aFPA to opposing quarterbacks and allowed three passing and one rushing touchdown to Murray just three games ago. Expect another back-and-forth between these two, with huge fantasy numbers for both teams. Start him.

ARI QB Kyler Murray - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Buffalo Bills

Kyler Murray had a fantastic game against the Dolphins last week, narrowly losing but still putting up 283 yards and three touchdowns through the air, and 106 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Murray now has 543 rushing yards and has eight rushing and 16 passing touchdowns through half a season. That’s a pace for 48 total touchdowns, which are MVP caliber numbers if he can keep the team in playoff contention.

This week, Murray faces a Bills defense that forced four turnovers off the Seahawks last week, but ranks 19th in aFPA to opposing quarterbacks so far this season. Murray should be able to continue his impressive production against Buffalo and is once again an elite fantasy option in all formats. Start him.

ARI QB Kyler Murray - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 vs. Miami Dolphins

Kyler Murray torched the Seahawks defense before the bye last week, with 360 yards, three touchdowns and a pick. He also ran for 67 yards and a touchdown. Murray has thrown 13 touchdown passes, and rushed for an astounding seven touchdowns through seven games. He’s on pace for nearly 1,000 rushing yards, as well. His dual-threat ability gives him a high floor every week, and after five interceptions through his first three games, he has just two over his last four.

This week, Murray faces a Dolphins defense that ranks a surprising sixth in aFPA to opposing quarterbacks, and just forced four turnovers from the Rams. Despite the bad matchup, fantasy owners should start Murray every week. His ability to create on the ground gives him incredible upside every time he steps on the field, regardless of the opponent.

ARI QB Kyler Murray - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Seattle Seahawks

Kyler Murray had a great game against the Cowboys on Monday night, putting up a pair of touchdowns through the air and one on the ground in a lopsided victory. He only threw for 188 passing yards, but added 74 rushing. Murray is now on pace for 986 rushing yards and he has an incredible six touchdowns on the ground.

Murray’s stat-stuffing should continue this week against a vulnerable Seahawks defense that ranks 31st in aFPA to opposing quarterbacks. Seattle has been excellent at winning games, but has given up a ton of points in the process. Expect a shootout in this one, with Murray once again putting up elite fantasy numbers. We have him ranked as a top-five option in a great matchup.

ARI QB Kyler Murray - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at Dallas Cowboys

Kyler Murray had another productive outing last week in a blowout victory over the lowly Jets. He finished with 380 yards passing, a touchdown and a pick, but he added 31 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Murray now has at least one rushing touchdown in all but one game this year and is averaging 59.2 rushing yards per contest. That kind of rushing output makes Murray an excellent weekly option in all leagues.

This week, Murray has a fantastic matchup against a Cowboys defense that ranks 21st in aFPA to opposing quarterbacks this year. Dallas has scored a ton of points and given up a lot of points, and this game could very well go the same way – despite the absence of Dak Prescott – with arguably the Cardinals’ best defender in Chandler Jones out for the season. Start Murray every week, but consider him an elite option in a nice matchup against Dallas.

ARI QB Kyler Murray - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 at New York Jets

Kyler Murray only threw for 133 yards in a loss to the Panthers last week, but he did throw three touchdowns and had 78 yards on the ground, turning in a very good fantasy day overall. Murray has five interceptions this season, which is concerning, but he’s still demonstrating the elite arm talent that made him the first overall pick in last year’s draft.

The Jets rank 13th in aFPA to opposing quarterbacks, but were tore apart by the last really good quarterback they faced. Josh Allen threw for 312 yards, two touchdowns, and rushed for 57 yards and a score against them in Week 1. Murray’s high floor due to his rushing and a pretty good matchup, all things considered, make him a must-start in all leagues.

ARI QB Kyler Murray - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 at Carolina Panthers

Kyler Murray threw for 270 yards and a pair of touchdowns last week in a loss to the Lions, and he added 29 yards and a touchdown on the ground. However, he also threw three interceptions and struggled with the mixed coverages Detroit deployed to confuse him, causing the Cardinals to drop their first game of the season. Murray’s ability to add to his passing totals with rushing production makes him a must-start every week, but other teams will surely try to use the same tactics the Lions did to force him into turnovers moving forward.

This week, Murray faces a Panthers defense that ranks fifth in aFPA to opposing quarterbacks. Teams have been more effective running the ball against them, and fantasy owners should be slightly wary of them as a result. However, this game looks like one where both defenses could end up giving up too much, causing inflated passing stats for Murray. Start him.
