Eagles RB Leonard Weaver (knee) and WR Kevin Curtis (knee)
took reps Wednesday. They are expected to play Sunday.
Eagles FB Leonard Weaver (knee), tight end Tony Curtis (ankle) and cornerback Sheldon Brown (ribs) were back practicing after missing Thursday's preseason game against Jacksonville.
Wide receiver Kevin Curtis (knee), defensive end Darren Howard, linebacker Charleston Hughes (foot), guard Max Jean-Gilles (shoulder) and tight end Rob Myers (groin) sat out the light practice.
Reid said that Kevin Curtis' knee was just inflamed and that it wasn't serious; same with Jean-Gilles' strained shoulder. Myers was getting an MRI done.
Eagles CB Sheldon Brown, who missed the Colts game with a rib strain and returned to practice on Saturday, only to aggravate the injury on Sunday, is out for the Jaguars game, Reid said.
Omar Gaither (knee), Leonard Weaver (knee), Shawn Andrews (back), Todd Herremans (foot), Darren Howard (groin), Charleston Hughes (foot), Tracy White (ribs) and Curtis (ankle) also won't play.
Kevin Curtis returned to practice after missing one day with knee swelling.
Eagles coach Andy Reid said he has even considered using fullback Leonard Weaver at tight end on occasion.
Weaver said he last played tight end in college in 2004 at Carson-Newman.
"I kind of know the basic plays, the basic reads," Weaver said. "If I had to, I know I can do it.
Reid said he hasn't ruled out signing another veteran for depth.
