GB WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Atlanta Falcons

Marquez Valdes-Scantling had a better showing last week, but barely, catching two passes for 19 yards. He's just too inconsistent to trust in a fantasy playoff week. There are far better options available.

GB WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Arizona Cardinals

That's two games in a row with just one reception for Marquez Valdes-Scantling, who has struggled playing in the slot. If Randall Cobb can somehow make it back this week, that would move Valdes-Scantling back outside where he belongs. And he would be a viable flex play. Otherwise, he shouldn't be in your lineup.

GB WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Minnesota Vikings

Marquez Valdes-Scantling might have been one of the most disappointing performers of Week 1, catching just one pass for eight yards. He also got just three targets, with two coming on Green Bay's final possession. With Davante Adams drawing Xavier Rhodes this week, Valdes-Scantling should get more love this week. But given his usage and the fact he's been a bit boom or bust, don't use him as anything more than a flex option this week against a tough Minnesota pass defense.

GB WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Seattle Seahawks

Marquez Valdes-Scantling managed just 44 yards last week but did it on six receptions, and has solidified himself as the No. 2 option in Green Bay. With Aaron Rodgers throwing him the ball every week, that means he's no worse than a WR3 option in a given week. Davante Adams is going to get plenty of attention, so Valdes-Scantling will continue to get one-on-one matchups. Keep on rolling with him as a WR3 with upside.

GB WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Miami Dolphins

Marquez Valdes-Scantling had three receptions for 101 yards last week against the Patriots, his fourth consecutive game with 100 yards or a touchdown. With Geronimo Allison going on IR this week, he shows up solidly as a WR3 option with plenty of upside. Valdes-Scantling is still on the waiver wire in some season-long leagues and should be picked up immediately. Moving forward, he's a WR3 play with plenty of upside.

GB WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 at New England Patriots

Marquez Valdes-Scantling had his third productive game in a row, though he did it last week on little volume, catching just two passes for 45 yards and a touchdown. Because of his role in the offense, he's worth a play only as a flex option unless you're feeling particularly lucky. There's a lot of mouths to feed in this offense.

GB WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 vs. San Francisco 49ers

Maquez Valdes-Scantling was forced into action last week and responded with a 7-68-1 line that was nice for people who took a flier on him. But expecting a similar output this week might be a bit much to ask. Geronimo Allison will be back to eat into his output and Randall Cobb could return, as well. That won't leave a lot of meat on the bone for the rookie.
