Michael Vick, who threw for a career-high 416 yards against the 49ers, said the middle finger in his throwing hand “popped out of place” in the first half.

He was not listed on Andy Reid’s injury report.

“I was just determined to finish the game, regardless of how I had to do it” said Vick. “And I did it. I wish the outcome could have been a little bit different but it is what it is.”

Vick never missed time in the game and this shouldn't be too much of an issue this week when the Birds travel to Buffalo. Expect Vick, who is coming off a career game yardage-wise, to again be a top play.
