Scouting report

TEN WR Nate Washington - Week 14, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Nate Washington Week 14 vs. Giants
With Justin Hunter now on season-ending IR, old reliable, Nate Washington goes back into a more prominent role for the Titans. He had five receptions for 61 yards and a score last week and has now scored in two of the past three games. Washington's a sleeper flex play or low-end No. 3 receiver against a tough Giants pass defense.

TEN WR Nate Washington - Week 13, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Nate Washington Week 13 vs. Texans
Nate Washington had four receptions for 63 yards last week, but he's averaging just four targets per game. That's not enough for you to take a chance on.

TEN WR Nate Washington - Week 12, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Nate Washington Week 12 vs. Eagles
Nate Washington had just one reception last week, but it came on a blown coverage and turned into an 80-yard touchdown. You can't count on that every week and he's not getting enough looks to justify putting him in the lineup unless Justin Hunter's knee injury turns into something more serious and keeps him out of the game.

TEN WR Nate Washington - Week 11, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Nate Washington Week 11 vs. Steelers
Nate Washington had two catches for 30 yards last week, which seems to be about the norm for him this season. No thanks.

TEN WR Nate Washington - Week 6, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Nate Washington Week 6 vs. Jaguars
Justin Hunter got 20 more snaps than Nate Washington last week, but Washington was effective with four receptions for 57 yards. Washington had 117 yards and a score last December against Jacksonville, so there's that. But with a limited snap count, you just can't count on Washington at this point in his career, even in a great matchup against the Jaguars.

TEN WR Nate Washington - Week 3, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Nate Washington Week 3 vs. Bengals
Nate Washington caught just one pass for one yard last week on six targets. With tight end Delanie Walker emerging as another top target for the Titans, Washington's value is very limited.

TEN WR Nate Washington - Week 2, 2014 Fantasy Football Outlook

Nate Washington Week 2 vs Dallas
Washington had four receptions for 59 yards last week, but is still the No. 3 or 4 receiving option in this offense. Even against a soft Dallas defense, he's not worth using as anything more than a low-end flex option. That changes if Justin Hunter's knee injury is more serious than expected, but at this point, Hunter looks like he'll play.
