PHI WR Nelson Agholor - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Washington Redskins

The Philadelphia - Washington game has a low over/under of just 45 points. The Eagles are home favorites against a backup quarterback, which could lead to more rushing volume than usual this week. Washington is 22nd in aFPA to WRs, but the trade for Golden Tate has made it tough for any Eagles receiver to post fantasy relevant numbers. Nelson Agholor is a complete afterthought at this point and shouldn't even be rostered.

PHI WR Nelson Agholor - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs. New York Giants

The Eagles offense was embarrassed in the Superdome last week, but there are indications of a bounce back this week. Philadelphia has an above average implied team total of 26 points. However, Golden Tate entering into the mix has made Agholor the fourth option in this passing game. He cannot be relied on in lineups at this point in the season.

PHI WR Nelson Agholor - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at New Orleans Saints

The Eagles are riding the struggle bus lately, but a stop at Superdome station is always a good place to cure what ails in fantasy. A suspected shootout Sunday has the Eagles with an implied team total of more than 23 points, despite being eight-point underdogs. Plus, the Saints are a pass funnel defense, ranking fourth in aFPA to RBs but dead-last in aFPA to WRs. Marshon Lattimore should be covering Alshon Jeffery this week, freeing up Nelson Agholor and Golden Tate in better match-ups against P.J. Williams and Eli Apple, respectively. Agholor could be worth dart throw FLEX consideration in a heavy bye week, but we want to see more consistent usage from Tate on his new team before rolling him back into lineups.

PHI WR Nelson Agholor - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Oakland Raiders

The Eagles have an implied team total of 25.25 points this week -respectable, but not elite. Philadelphia is a touchdown favorite at home, which should lead to positive game script. With the Eagles adding Golden Tate into the mix this week, it's hard to predict what impact Tate will have. We suspect he will take Nelson Agholor's role in the slot. And that means Agholor is no longer a fantasy factor.

PHI WR Nelson Agholor - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 at Jacksonville Jaguars (London)

The Eagles go across the pond to take on the Jaguars in their second home with an implied team total of just 23.5 points with the second-lowest over/under of Week 8 for this game. The Jaguars are top five in aFPA to WRs. For these reasons, Nelson Agholor's week-to-week fantasy inconsistencies since Alshon Jeffery returned should continue.

PHI WR Nelson Agholor - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 vs. Carolina Panthers

Here are Alshon Jeffery's targets each game since returning from injury: nine, eight, 12. Meanwhile, Nelson Agholor has only had four and five targets over the past two games. That's not enough to rely on moving forward. Agholor was a reliable option before Alshon Jeffery returned this season, but things are very different now.

PHI WR Nelson Agholor - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at New York Giants (Thursday)

Going on the road for Thursday Night Football is always a tough ask. Facing the Giants, who rank 4th in aFPA to WRs doesn't make it any easier. The game having the fifth lowest over/under in Vegas this week isn't promising. The situation for Nelson Agholor has also changed since the start of the year. Zach Ertz and Alshon Jeffery are Carson Wentz's primary targets. That hasn't left much for Agholor. He's a touchdown-or-bust risk in Week 6, and one where you should choose a more reliable WR from your roster to start, if available.
