Fantasy Downside
Before last season, many were wondering why Folk was even in the league as he was shaky and his numbers not great.

Bottom Line
Take both factors into account and that will give you an average fantasy kicker. Great season last year, but was it a one-time thing? Folk is not considered a starting kicker, but is someone you can pick up during a bye week or if you have to have two kickers on your roster.
