NYJ WR Quincy Enunwa - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 at Jacksonville Jaguars

All of the Jets wide receivers will be tough to play fantasy-wise every week because of the fact that a rookie QB is under center and the passing game is inconsistent. Quincy Enunwa seems to be the best option, although, he was limited to just four catches for 57 yards last Thursday—both season-lows.

Some receivers have had success this season against Jacksonville, who is only ranked 20th in aFPA to wide receivers. But that is still not enough to warrant a start in Week 4 for Enunwa, or any Jets receiver. Keep him on the bench, but Enunwa is still considered decent depth for fantasy owners.

NYJ WR Quincy Enunwa - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 at Cleveland Browns

It seems that Quincy Enunwa has become the No. 1 wide receiver in New York. Of course, he missed the entire 2017 season after a strong 2016. Enunwa has 21 targets, twice as many as any other Jets player, and he has 13 receptions to lead New York in that category as well. Rookie QB Sam Darnold has Enunwa on his radar early in the season which has made him a fantasy steal in drafts this year.

Enunwa will face a Browns defense that has been pretty good against the pass, with two strong outings against future Hall of Fame quarterbacks. So, the rookie QB will face his best defense yet, which could limit Jets receivers. Start Enunwa in Week 3, but only as a WR3 or flex play.

NYJ WR Quincy Enunwa - Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 vs. Miami Dolphins

Quincy Enunwa's return to the NFL after missing all of the 2017 season was a success. He was targeted a team-high 10 times and caught six passes for 63 yards and a touchdown. Enunwa was definitely rookie QB Sam Darnold's favorite target.

Enunwa and the Jets will face a decent Miami pass defense this Sunday but there should still be plenty of opportunities for Enunwa. Start him as a WR3 or flex option in Week 2.

NYJ WR Quincy Enunwa - Week 1 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1 at Detroit Lions

Quincy Enunwas is trying to bounce back after missing most of the season with an injury. He was very good in 2016 and the Jets feel like he can return to that form.

Against an average Lions pass defense, Enunwa will get the start, but doesn't have enough value to be considered as a fantasy starter. He could end up having a big year, but it is a wait and see. Enunwa is a good player to have on the roster for depth but he should remain on the bench for Week 1.

NYJ WR Quincy Enunwa - 2018 Fantasy Football Outlook

Fantasy Upside

After missing the 2017 season, the Jets are hoping Quincy Enunwa can return to his 2016 form. He will be in the mix as either the No. 3 or No. 2 wide receiver. In 2016, he caught 58 passes and scored four touchdowns. Enunwa will be a threat for 100 targets and could end up being the Jets' best receiver.

Fantasy Downside

There are four legit NFL receivers on the Jets depth chart and they could end up being in any order. So, there are some question marks regarding Enunwa's role.

2018 Bottom Line

Enunwa could be a No. 1 or a No. 4 WR. That uncertainty leads to him being drafted in the late rounds with high potential. His ADP is around 236 overall, which is where he should be going.

NYJ WR Quincy Enunwa - Week 13, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs Indianapolis
Quincy Enunwa had his best game of the season with five catches for 102 yards and a touchdown last week. The Jets passing game was clicking and Enunwa was a major beneficiary, even though he was only targeted five times.

The Colts are up next and are 27th in aFPA to wide receivers. If Enunwa doesn't get more targets, we can't expect the same numbers. But because of the matchup, he does lend some value for Week 13. Start him as a flex and WR against Indy.

NYJ WR Quincy Enunwa - Week 12, 2016 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 vs New England
Qunicy Enunwa has had only two catches the last two games, so that right there is a problem. He is the Jets No. 2 wide receiver, but New York's passing game has been so inconsistent, you just don't know what you are going to get.

Enunwa will get snaps, but will he get targets? He probably won't see more than five, and that puts him on the bench for Week 12.
